• UHV systems for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)
• UHV ion spattering devices.
• Multichamber UHV systems equipped with technics for wide structural and magnetic characterization.
• Photolithography and electron lithography workstations.
• UHV systems for ultrathin films preparation are equipped with devices forin-situstructural investigations - RHEED, LEED, STM, AFM, surface analysis - AES, XPS and CEMS spectrometer.
